As some may have noticed, the post I put up last night has been taken down by the powers that be... The post wasnt advocating or promoting the use of fat loss injections... it was merely "my opinion" on their use and the positive effects they have had on many many people... I am fortunate to still, even at my advanced years to be able to train reasonably hard and take off weight by dieting properly, calorie counting, carb monitoring etc etc for the past 40yrs. Not everyone unfortunately has that luxury... Health, be it physical, mental or emotional can be a barrier or a hurdle for many people whom obesity is a very unhealthy burden and a lifelong struggle to overcome.. this is where these particular drugs can make a huge difference to their lives.. As I said, it was not to promote their use... as whoever reported my post assumed... it was to educate people that if this is the route you choose... researching the best option is recommended.. Because of the fat and 'muscle' loss now associated with Mounjaro.. the 'future' option, as Retatrutide has still to gain its full medical license, may become a much better alternative..
Sorry if I offended anyone when voicing my humble opinion....

Many people have asked my opinion on the use of weight loss injections... personally I can see the very real benefits of these both physically, mentally and emotionally to the individual using these..
Whats the best option??.. Mounjaro or Retatrutide??... in my opinion.. Retatrutide may by far have the greatest benefits...

Mechanism of Action:
Retatrutide targets an additional hormone receptor (glucagon) compared to Mounjaro. The addition of the glucagon component is believed to boost metabolism and promote more fat burning, which may contribute to the higher weight loss percentages seen in early trials.
Efficacy:
While a direct head-to-head trial hasn't been conducted, available data from separate trials suggests Retatrutide may offer slightly superior and potentially faster weight loss results than Mounjaro.

Andy Mcculloch takes 2nd in Brits Strongest Master ! The 2nd Strongest Man over 40, under 105kg - in the WHOLE OF BRITAIN ! Lets just bloody appreciate that for a second! 💪🔥

Andy was Joint 1st, going in to the final event and was just beaten by '1 bloody stane' 🤦‍♀️ (weighing 110kilo by the way - more than he weighs !)

What a year you've had Andy ⭐️🏆🏆🏆 The ones that know you, know you've had more than your share of personal upsets - but you've ploughed through and done us all proud ! ❤️

Now, get a rest, before 2026 strongman season kicks off !! 🙌

Monday morning wins!! 💪🔥
Burns lads smashed the Arnold's UK competition yesterday 💥

Andy Mcculloch took 1st Place in the Masters u105 category - securing his outstanding invite to Arnold's Pro Strongman in Ohio, USA 🇺🇸 in 2026 🤯🏆
David Macmillan happily took 2nd place to his good friend, in the same category 🥈and toughed it out after a hard prep for this..
Neil Anderson come away with 4th Place in the under 90s, with the lads all saying it was the toughest category there! Sitting in 1st place after the 4th event, point were just so close going in to the final event!
Grant Drennan took home the 3rd place trophy 🥉 in the U120s, amazing to see you back performing at this level, 320 raw deadlift was unreal!
Beamish held his own in the opens category, also bringing back 2nd place🥈His raw deads were something else 🔥 and surprisingly beat his pal Andy for time at a loading race ! 🤯😅

Proud of you all, team ! 💪
