It’s been a quick and wonderful 8 years 🤍

My business has evolved so much since it first began as Molly Harrison Sport Rehabilitation, working predominantly in sport with the likes of Annan Athletic, Carlisle United, and five brilliant years with Dumfries Saints Rugby Club.

I was just 21 when I first started, and I truly feel like I’ve grown alongside my business. Although it looks very different now, I’m incredibly proud of the journey it has taken and even prouder that it’s still thriving, even if I now only work two nights a week alongside my dream job.

Thank you so much for all the support, recommendations, and returning clients over the years. I honestly couldn’t do it without you 🫶🏼

✨ That’s a wrap on my 2025 clinics ✨
What a busy year it’s been! I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to support me and trust me with their care and recovery.

A special thank you to those who kindly brought gifts. Never expected, but very much appreciated 🤍

I have one more day of work before enjoying some much-needed family time, then I’ll be back in clinic on Tuesday 6th January. See you in 2026!

P.S. I have a few exercise programmes going out this evening. If you’re still waiting on yours, please get in touch so I can make sure there are no issues or delays with your rehab.

My new booking system is now live! 🎉

I’m back into the swing of things after a lovely week in Tenerife 🌴 I’m slowly getting back to everyone’s messages, so thank you for your patience!

The new booking system is ready for you to use (please bear with me while I get used to it myself 🤣).
Appointments are available to book up to 6 weeks in advance, so be sure to check back each week for new availability.

Please note I’ve decided not to enable the online payment feature, so remember to bring cash or card to your appointment.

📢 Appointment Update 📢

Due to increased demand, I’ve added some extra availability to my booking system 💻✨ My next appointments beyond this will be mid-November, so if you’re hoping to get booked in soon, now’s the time!

As many of you know, I run my business alongside working full-time as a physiotherapist elsewhere. My clinics run weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with the occasional Saturday available 🗓️

If you attend for maintenance treatments, I’d recommend booking your sessions in advance, as I’m not always able to add extra appointments to my schedule.

As most of you will be well aware I have spent the last 2 years studying my post grad masters in Physiotherapy which I successfully completed in December 🥳🥳

Nothing is changing in regards to my business/services other than a name change: ‘Molly Harrison Physiotherapy’. I am fully insured, registered with the HCPC and a member of the chartered society of physiotherapy so you can be assured you are in the best hands.

I will be working set evenings - Tuesdays & Thursdays. Appointments are very limited due to my full time job and as much as I would like to fit people in last minute, it is pretty much impossible. My diary tends to be fully booked around 3/4 weeks in advance so I can’t stress enough how important it is to be organised with your regular appointments. I don’t keep spaces for emergency appointments but will always do my best to accommodate.

I have opened a few appointments this afternoon - very last minute I know!

My booking link has my up to date availability, if you don’t see an appointment there it will be because I am fully booked. ✨✨ JUNE DIARY OPEN ✨✨

My availability is now updated and available to book on Fresha🥳 I currently work on Thursday & Friday evenings from 4pm.

I will be off for 2 weeks from 1st - 14th July to allow me to focus on my final few weeks of university eeeek😅😅😅

My availability will increase throughout July and the beginning of August, offering a mixture of days and times so keep your eyes peeled for that!

I will then be starting my final 16 weeks of placement so appointments will be limited to 1 or 2 evenings a week and some Saturdays.
