This is something that I have been working incredibly hard on in the background.

Im delighted to say that I will soon be offering Parkinson Disease specialist exercise coaching sessions in Dumfries.

Over 150,000 people have been diagnosed with the neurological condition in the UK.

Exercise plays a significant role in reducing symptoms and enhancing quality of life 👌

The why part?? I will let you know more about that tomorrow when I drop a video.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of training Gavin for over 15 months now 👌

It’s hard to put into words just how much he has achieved and overcame. Far beyond weight measurements.

Gavin attends semi private group PT sessions every week.

Yes we work hard. Yes we exercise. We also relieve stress, reduce anxiety and leave sessions feeling happier and more confident.

On top of PT sessions, Gav attends completing solo workouts.

Could not be prouder of him for doing that alongside the many other aspects of training he is currently smashing 👏

Gav has a better understanding of how exercise can positively impact his mental health. 🧠

It’s hard to put into words what Will has achieved in the last 15 months.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of coaching and instructing Will as part of a semi private PT group.

Will has developed and progressed in so many areas. Understanding the importance of exercise in relation to his mental health is one of them 🧠

The weekly sessions combine weight based training with cardio elements.

We also use mental health indicators before and after sessions to identify increases in wellbeing, confidence and mood levels.

Could not be prouder of you mate. You work ever so hard.

Cannot put into words just how much Ritchie has achieved 👏

I’ve had the pleasure of spending over 10 years side by side with Ritchie in football.

Ritchie wanted to explore weight based training but didn’t know where to start.

He started with Personal Training. Focusing on fundamentals such as safety, technique and structure. On top of that, we explored how exercise can help improve mental health and confidence. 🧠

Cannot speak highly enough about how hard he works or how he incorporates exercise into daily routine.

I’ve known Ross since primary school. Ross has always been someone who enjoys football.

As that was coming to an end, Ross wanted to do something to keep his mind active and to improve fitness 🧠🏃

Ross had never been in a gym before. We utilised personal training to introduce him to the gym environment, to develop knowledge and understanding, build confidence and to make sure he was comfortable.

He is now training himself where he continues to progress.

You have been absolutely smashing it mate.

What a year. Full of unbelievable moments, challenges and decision making.
