What a year. Full of unbelievable moments, challenges and decision making.

Professional highlights:

▫️Clients hitting 1 year mark with me
▫️Launch of Body, Mind and Rehab OC
▫️Fully booked personal training slots
▫️Becoming certified MHEC coach

Personal Highlights:

▫️Getting engaged
▫️Selling my flat
▫️Unbelievable trips and memories
▫️Overcoming difficult moments

All of this could not have been possible without my “core network”. My friends and family who continuously support and help me.

A common question I ask my clients before and after a gym session is to score themselves out of 10- based on mood levels in that moment.

THE AIM- to highlight that exercise can enhance mood levels and that they are finishing exercise feeling better within themselves 👌

MOOD TRACKING 🧠

Some of my clients are tracking mood levels across the day. We look at the results across the week. This helps to pinpoint if clients are consistently feeling low during the same period each day.

We can then work on strategies to improve mood. This can involve changes in environment, behaviours and choices.

Strategies can include some sort of exercise to help reduce low mood levels.
