Here are some snapshots from Annan Health Centre and Gretna GP Surgery, where staff have been getting involved in raising awareness about alcohol and its effects.

Some of our fantastic mental health nurses and Gretna GP staff even gave our 'beer goggles' a try โ€” a fun yet eye-opening educational tool that simulates how alcohol can impair vision, balance, and co-ordination.

Remember, understanding the impact of alcohol is an important step toward making healthier choices.

SDAS staff will be available for an informal chat at Gretna GP Practice on the morning of Friday 11th July and Annan Health Centre in the afternoon.
If you have questions or just want to speak with someone, feel free to pop in!
