Was supposed to be fighting on Sunday which is no longer going ahead again for whatever reason... pi**ed off to say the least.

Done a few fast paced rounds instead with Mr Robertsons martial arts himself instead last night.

💪Pull up correctional video💪

•Start with hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

•Retract scapula (shoulder blades) to engage lats and lock them In.
Imagine trying to squeeze shoulder blades together.

•Pull yourself up and reach for the bar with your chest.

•Control the eccentric (lowering phase).

•Lock out arms and repeat process

For anyone lucky enough to have access to equipment like this at present give it a bash💪
Most of the exercises can be done using alternatives such as bands or kettlebells , just a case of manipulating the reps to suit what you have👌
