I thought I would go back to the basics and share a brief introduction explaining what Reiki is and some of its benefits.

Energy fields, chi and qi are some terms used by different cultures to describe the life force that animates us, known as "Ki" in Japan. Reiki involves channeling this life force for healing, operating under the idea of a higher power. Ki is found in all living things and inanimate objects. Invisible yet pervasive, it connects all aspects of life, embodying the essence of Reiki which taps into this spiritual energy.

Reiki offers several benefits, some of which are listed in the image.
