Very much looking forward to the first Restorative yoga class of this season on Friday 12th September 6-7pm at Core. Come and join us for a chance to relax and release and let go of any tension, stress and anxiety as we sink into some slow, restful, supported yoga poses and switch off from our week with some pranayama (breath work), a long śavāsana (relaxation) with warm lavender scented eye pillows, and a short meditation leaving us rested and restored. What a fabulous summer we’ve had! If you’re ready now to get back to routine then you might like to book in for a regular Pilates or yoga class at Core. Our new block starts 18th August. We currently have block booking spaces available in these classes (£76 for 8 week block):
Pilates: Monday 11am, 5pm, 8pm, Tuesday 10am & 8.30pm, Wednesday 6pm, Thursday 6.30pm & 8.30pm
Hatha Yoga: Tuesday 7.30pm And there are also individual class bookings available.

Expect creative movement, playful prep, and shoulder-loving strength work that helps you feel strong and soft. We’ll explore how balance and lift come not from gripping harder, but from moving with curiosity, breath, and trust.
