I love watching water—specifically, the way it flows.

Water is incredibly versatile; it is both deeply calm and immensely powerful.

As a body therapist, I always focus on following the 'flow' inside the body. You cannot see it, but I can truly feel it. This is not magic or a psychic power. Everyone has a natural internal flow, but a busy everyday life and an overactive brain easily cloud our senses.

I do not 'cure' anyone. Instead, I help restore balance to your system so you can activate your own natural healing power😌

I often get asked if I can help with depression or mental fatigue. The answer is yes, absolutely.

When emotional stress is the root cause, I bring my passed-down psychic & healing gifts into the session. This specialized tool allows me to look deeper into the source of the issue—a process I am deeply passionate about and highly skilled in💪

Most people read this and think:

“I know, I know.”

But the truth is, it’s not always easy to live that way.

We want people to know what we’re carrying and why we feel exhausted.
And that’s human.

But here’s something worth thinking about ☝️

What would you actually lose if you chose to share your blessings, not suffering?

Attention from others?
Support and love from others?

Even in difficult times, there are still things worth being grateful for.

What we focus on grows.

Spending time with the in-laws always leaves me with the best perspective! 💡

My mother-in-law is a super legend in the kitchen.
Every Indian dish she makes is just an explosion of flavour and total magic!

Whenever I’m standing there in awe, she just laughs and says, "Masami, this is simple food."

To her, maybe.....but to me? It’s pure magic.
She cooks entirely by sense—using her eyes, nose, and touch in a way she doesn't even realise.

Watching her move is so cool and therapeutic😌
She’ll be at the dining table prepping veggies while three different pots are simmering away, and even though she’s slowed down a bit, her timing is still 100% perfect. She just knows exactly when the food needs her.

When I enjoy her 'simple' food, I always think of this Kanji character. Every single dish she creates is just so rich—not just in flavour and texture, but in soul and nutrition too.

It’s been about five months since I started infrared therapy.

It took around a month before I began sweating properly, and about two months for my body to feel the heat evenly.

There’s no magic pill or quick fix.

But with a bit of patience—and by paying attention to how your body feels—changes will come, helping you settle into a more comfortable and balanced state.

It feels great to better understand my body while bringing it back into balance 😌

We have two slots available this Friday (24th) at 1pm and 5pm.
This is also perfect for pairs like couples and friends as well.

Each session begins with 30 minutes of private Infrared Sauna followed by 30 mins of Shiatsu treatment with Masami.

★Optional: Add targeted Red Light Therapy

S**t happens. (Sorry about my relatively bold intro...😄)

When life hits hard and your mind loses its balance, a flood of questions and options tends to rush in:

Growth: "Is there a lesson here for me?"
Protection: "Do I need to react right now just to stay safe?"
Analysis: "Can I pause to understand this before I move?"
Delay: "Should I protect myself now and process the logic later?"
Avoidance: "Can I just pretend this isn't happening?"
Inquiry: "Why am I feeling this way? What is actually happening to me?"

That primal urge to protect yourself is natural.
It’s your internal security system.

However, the real danger isn't the reaction itself—it’s how long you let that 'self-protective' mode linger.

As long as you eventually observe your reaction, you can regain your balance. The trouble starts when a 'Defensive Reaction' becomes your permanent 'go-to' system.

Without the habit of Self-Observation, you stop growing and start spiralling into:

Self-Pity: Mourning your situation without ACTING

Victim Mentality: Feeling powerless against the world

Self-Avoidance: Running away from your own INTERNAL TRUTH

What's the key to create a healthy distance from Self-Pity?

React if you must, but always come back to observe😌
Because when you are 'reacting', you are busy protecting yourself from the world and can't see the 'whole' picture/story.

That is why I highly value and recommend 'silence'.
One of my proud abilities is to disconnect myself from all the unnecessary dramas in my life😁And the great outcome is to be able to sharpen my other abilities (massage, Psychic reading, brush calligraphy...etc)😊

It’s easy to spend—but much harder to restore.

That’s why using it wisely matters.

Before you go help others, check in with your energy level FIRST.

Knowing your capacity always saves you from draining yourself.

Compassion fatigue is not just emotional. It is physical, sensory and biological.

It can show up as irritability, numbness, poor sleep, jaw tension, heavy limbs, shallow breathing, resentment, guilt, and a body that never fully switches off.

For people who care for others, personally or professionally, the demand is rarely just one thing. It is the listening, planning, remembering, anticipating, responding and holding steady.

Over time, the body starts to treat care as a state of readiness.

That is why rest has to be more than vague self-care.
