Hello everyone 🤍 I have missed you all!

Blossoms will be back but now rebranded to Wyld Therapies ✨️

Been working in the background starting to put some energy & plans into place for returning to massage one day a month (for now)🌼

I have relocated to the little hamlet of kinbuck & have this beautiful little cabin built for all things creative so massages will be set up in the wyld garden that now looks way more wyld than this👀

I'm still in the process of getting things going, so this is just a post to let you know I will be back sometime in the nearish future, if you would like a wee escape to the countryside & a dreamy massage from moi 💆‍♀️

HEALING TOUCH ✨️

"IT JUST FEELS SO GOD DAMN GOOD TO BE TOUCHED" (said many many many clients of mine, many times) I look at you as a reference here👀

Studies show that consented & loving touch signals safety and trust, it soothes & calms our bodies nervous system and activates a deep sense or security within and for our surroundings.

A simple touch can trigger the release of our oxytocin hormone ( a feel good, feel loved feeling 🙏)

Can also be known as the 'love hormone', but love in any form not just romantic. Love from ourselves, our friends, our family and OFCOURSE our massage therapists too. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

It all counts as love &/Or Self love so embrace it with open arms or even better an open heart 🤪

STRETCH, PRESS, SHAKE & RELAX ✨️💆‍♀️

A little preview of how I like to begin any massage treatment, with ontop of the blanket techniques to prepare the muscles, mind & the nervous system for deeper work.

There's something quite wonderful about this part and I believe it really makes the treatment feel that little more special 🙏

I end similarly to this to close off the treatment and bring awarness to the end of your treatment but with slow and gentle movement instead, alot of my clients express this is the best part 😍

What is it? And why its so good.

S C A P U L A S T R E T C H

One of my favourite stretches to target the deep knots/tensions of the shoulders, neck & arms (which are closely connected with these sorts of tensions).

Deep release for a deep relaxation (deep in effect not specifically always in pressure).

Upper body tensions can feel like the whole world or someone is sitting on your shoulders. A heavy burden. A pain in the neck quite literally...

They can be hard to shake with self techniques & stretches but can be much more easily maintained with these techniques once we have recieved that deep release treatment.

At Blossoms I offer a Deep/Tissue Hawaiian therapy that involves various massage techniques along with these stretching techniques to really increase flexibility and mobility back into our upper world.
