As part of the Pharmacy First Plus scheme, many local pharmacists are now able to offer free treatment, including antibiotics, if appropriate, and expert advice for a wide range of health conditions which could avoid the need to visit your GP Practice.

PATIENT INFORMATION NOTICE
RENOVATION WORKS UPDATE – JUNE 2025

We are now in week 10 of our renovations and work is progressing well.

While there has been minimal disruption during this initial period, work is now due to start on the main reception. The reception is due to have extensive changes and this phase will potentially cause the biggest upheaval to both staff and patients.

The reception work is scheduled for 5 weeks and whilst this is ongoing, the reception desk will be located in the main waiting area. We would kindly ask patients if possible to phone with any queries or to book appointments to preserve patient confidentiality whilst our reception desk is located in the waiting area.
The patient check in screen will also be relocated to the waiting area.

Whilst we hope to minimise disruption to both patients and staff during this time, we thank you for your continued patience and support during the remainder of the improvement works to our building.

PATIENT INFORMATION NOTICE
RENOVATION WORKS – APRIL 2025


Dunblane Health Centre will be undergoing renovation works for a period of 16 weeks from Monday 14 April.

This work includes the conversion of office space to create 1 extra consulting room, modifications to 9 other existing consulting rooms to improve layouts, some minor upgrades and a small extension to office spaces throughout the building and significant improvements to our large reception office.

While this work is ongoing, there will be some noise and disruption in the building. Though we will try to maintain our appointment system as normal, you may be offered a telephone consultation as we try to limit footfall in the building. Clinicians will arrange a face to face appointment if necessary.

We will regularly revise our appointment system during the 16 weeks to accommodate around the ongoing building work.

Whilst we hope to minimise disruption to both patients and staff during this time, we thank you for your patience and support as we undertake these improvements to our building.
