I can recommend Alexandra’s circles as a lovely place for women to gather.

⭕️Join me on the 26th of January at the YMCA Broughty Ferry between 530pm and 730pm for another circle where we will connect our brain to our hearts and to our wombs and viceversa. In a disconnected world we need time to be still and witness our internal body and listen to our inner music within. I will be using a powerful meditation after drinking ceremonial cacao. (optional)

⭕️I will be addressing the sister wound, the part of the feminine that keeps us shut down and prevents us from experiencing real and authentic sisterhood. This circles are very intuitive led.

⭕️This circle will be also held on the 27th of January between 3pm and 530pm at 58 Bonnygate Coworking & Community Hub.
