These are my two little grandsons picking wild raspberries at the RSPB Centre at Loch Leven in Fife. The raspberries apparently gave their tired legs enough energy to get back to the centre!

As far as eyesight is concerned the more time children (and adults) spend out-of-doors the better - and it's also great for mental and physical health.

Moreover the more short-sighted someone is the greater tge risks to eyehealth.
