Happy Monday beautiful souls, hope you’ve had a glorious weekend.
Ooft…where do I even begin?
My heart expansion is REAL and my Cacao cup is definitely overflowing.
This weekend marked a beautiful and humungous milestone as I taught my very first residential “Embodied Cacao Ceremonial Training” here at our retreat space in beautiful Angus.
On Friday night, surrounded by my beloved sister tribe, we shared an incredible Cacao ceremony that was so magickal. The sense of interconnectedness, love and unity we experienced was exquisite.
The weather was absolutely scorchio on Saturday, so obviously we squeezed the juice out of the last of the summer sun and had our entire class outside in the garden. Accompanied by birdsong and the softest breeze, there is nothing like holding shamanic space in nature… unadulterated bliss!
Rounding off the day, with a trip to the incredible ancient Carlungie Earth house and a stroll along Monifieth beach.
The weekend was not without its excitement and drama!
One of our sister tribe was rushed to A&E when an ongoing health issue flared up, she endured a few crazy hours in Ninewells on a Saturday night!!!
And a shower broke, resulting in water scooshing oot the wall, which flooded one of the bathrooms! 😳
Our sister got home safe and sound, the shower got fixed and everything was hunky dory.
And so I sit here and slowly sipping my
delicious Mama Cacao, ( I only work with https://www.facebook.com/ForeverCacao)

I give my deepest gratitude to the beautiful women who answered the call and followed their hearts to delve deeply into embodying the magick of mama Cacao, I am so appreciative of your love and trust.
Each of you is a sparkling soul and most of all, heart led gifted space holders. I know you will facilitate the most exquisite Cacao ceremonies.
I am beyond honoured to have shared my course, my home, my land and my dogs with you all. I’m so excited to witness your Cacao journeys and ceremonies unfold, I know they will be absolutely mind blowing and I can’t wait to attend!
