Your shoulders should never be near touching your ears 🚩

I see so many clients weekly who lay down and express neck/shoulder tension, the pain this can cause day to day is uncomfortable and sometimes affects day to day activities and sleep.

You should not live day to day like this, I tell everyone…..If you book regular massages then you will find that this is managed & controlled so no more extreme tension or pain.
Maintenance is important for your body, it needs looked after, remember to plan time to look after it 🤎

This is such a popular treatment, lots of clients add it onto their anti wrinkle appointments as extra.

Our eyes are such a focus point on our face and also an area that can age us. With it being such a delicate area of skin we sometimes focus on under or around the eye but lots of people feel their brows dropping and the feels heavy on there eye lids.

With only two injections under each brow we can lift the brow with anti wrinkle injections.

Pamper Party 🎂✨

This is my niece and her two pals celebrating her turning 10 with a pamper party.
She is loving friends and labubu right now so I went with that theme 🤣

We had facials with labubu face masks, foot spa and little craft table, Safe to say to they all loved it and had a ball.

Crazy that kids these days are already having facials but I guess start then young 🤍

My August Selfcare 🤎

This month I gave myself the Peel Season Facial
This is Dermaplaning & BioRePeel together but I added on microneedling too.
Skin feels so good after this, deep exfoliation but still focusing on my scars and skin texture 🫶🏾

We never just want to help improve the skin on your face, The neck is important as it’s a delicate thin skin area of the body.
Due to this is prone to sun damage and premature aging, it’s got less elasticity which stores less collagen so contributes to fine lines and wrinkles.

Take make sure you take all skincare products down the neck, especially SPF 🫶🏾
