A beautiful ceremony with Craig in the Highlands. Marking his connection to Ram Dass and his Guru Maharaje ~ marking Maharajes writing on his skin.:.
A reminder of love, living from the heart, peace and trust.:.
I also hold a connection to these teachers and have had some magical experiences along the way facilitated by them and their teachings, so it was such a joy to hold a ceremony for this marking.:.

A goddess rising symbolising the divine feminine and stepping into her power .:. I am in absolute awe and joy about how many women are rising into their power right now, holding strong boundaries, listening to their intuition and seeing that the way the world has been shaped has not been for our highest timeline.:. A true honour to be holding women through these portals and rebirths .:.

A full day in ceremony with the beautiful soul that is 🤍
Marking prayers on the left and right hands.
Hands as the channels to creation and receiving. Working with the masculine and feminine energies and all she is calling in for this season of life. We spent the day in the cosy cabin as the birds, weather and elements collaborated with us, one minute snow blizzard and blowing gales, the next blue skies and blistering sun ~ this happened for the whole ceremony an oscillation between these poles. Supporting the intention and energy weaving.:.

I hate having to capture content. I love spending days without my phone and just enjoying life off screen. Even more so now that AI slop is everywhere and anything can look glossy and ‘perfect’ YAWN. I want messy, raw, wild, imperfect HUMANS making the art I consume and create. My best art is always made off screens✌🏻 back off to the forest 🌳 :.

Come and join me in the beautiful Heart Space studio in Dundee for Yin Nidra. Starting on 10/03 at 7.45pm.:.
This class has been an offering I have brought to many spaces over the years, and it has evolved with me on my journey of yoga. These sessions are for four weeks and each week we will work with an element in the body. Starting with Earth - the foundation, the nurturer. Grounding into our bodies and breath with Yin Postures that connect with specific meridian channels. Releasing stored tensions, and creating an environment in the body that is open, relaxed and deeply rested.:.
Each session ends with a Yoga Nidra meditation in savasana accompanied by the sounds of the bowls, chimes and other natural instruments. Preparing you to drift and float home into bed and deep restorative sleep.:.

A guided closing ceremony with an original sound journey🌀

Let us guide you through 75 minutes of ceremony to close the chapter on the year of the snake. Accompanied by soundscapes created by Joe, this ceremony will invite you into the final shedding.

Taking a sacred pause to reflect upon the last year and all you have moved through - there will be space for journaling and contemplation.

This year has been wild, transformational and full of twists and turns, like the snake, we have been invited to shed deep patterns, outdated beliefs, relationships and ways of being that no longer serve us going forward.

Use this ceremony to close out this chapter of the snake. Through honouring, reflection, dropping the tension and laying to rest all that is ready to be buried into the earth with the snakes skin.

This energy seeks softening into the earth to be re-birthed through this next chapter.
