Run for Release

Run for Release Weekly run to raise awareness of Mental Health. All levels welcome!

Free event but donations welcome which will be donated to one of the Scottish Mental Health Charities each year.

First run/walk of the year will be this Thursday, 12th January at 5:30pm.

Meeting point is Bridgeview carpark on Riverside.

Hi guys,

The nights are dark now so we are meeting 5:30pm tonight at the Bridgeview Cafe on Riverside.

Myself, Mel, Andy and Jax the dog will be there.

I have also signed up for the MS Run Challenge so adding my first miles, so depending on how we all feel, it might be a little longer...
