"In 2018, I lost 2 stone in preparation to try for a baby. With PCOS and an underactive thyroid, losing weight was tough, and falling pregnant even harder. After lots of research, I found The 1:1 Diet, and it became the key to helping me tackle both challenges. Once I reached my goal, I started fertility treatment—and within 9 months, I was pregnant!

Since having my daughter Nala in 2022, I’ve lost another 2 stone, bit by bit, around holidays, celebrations, and family days. Now, I feel like I’m running on the home straight and ready to maintain my healthy, balanced lifestyle for good."
