Our service is by appointment only. There are two main ways of making an appointment with us.

1) Call us on 01382 425 542, Monday - Friday 9am -12pm.

2) There are certain appointments you can book online through our website; Contraceptive Implants, STI Kits, Repeat PrEP, Young People’s Telephone, and Telephone Triage Appointments.

🟣 Call back slots last 10 minutes and are available Monday–Friday, 8am–9am, and Monday–Thursday, 5pm–6pm.

🟣 These calls aren’t for emergencies like Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) or Emergency Contraception (EC). If you need those, please call 01382 425 542, Monday–Friday.

You can book many appointments on our website such as:

- Order a STI testing kit (no symptoms only)
- Contraceptive Implant appointments; both insertion and removal.
-Contraceptive Coil appointments ( call us for a passcode)
- PrEP review appointments, for people who are already prescribed PrEP.
- Young People’s Telephone appointment; for under 18s to discuss contraception / sexual health with a nurse
- Telephone Triage appointments: you can book a prearranged time for a nurse to call you back.
