In Yir Heid is a one-year project bringing much needed focus to men's mental health in Dundee.
It will gain insight and encourage engagement, make sense of what we find, plan and prioritise action, put that into practice and then review what we are doing to make sure it is having an impact.

✨A Week for Wellbeing at the School of Medicine, University of Dundee ✨

Next week, Medicine, University of Dundee at the University of Dundee will host a programme of activities to mark , encouraging students and staff to take time to prioritise their wellbeing.

Over the years, students have been signposted to support from Penumbra Mental Health, and more recently the development of Hope Point has become an increasingly valuable resource 💜.

Throughout the week, a range of free wellbeing activities will encourage connection, reflection and taking a break - including opportunities to come together for a cuppa and a cake ☕🍰.

Since the first phase of the Women’s Health Plan launched in 2021, progress has been made. Scotland now has a women’s health champion, a women’s health platform on NHS Inform to ensure women can access the health information they need, and a dedicated research fund to begin to address inequality in women’s health research. This is only the beginning. Phase Two will take us further, turning progress into momentum, with bold new actions designed to make a real and lasting difference for women’s health.
