It’s been a busy few weeks in the treatment room at One9One and I’ve loved every minute 🫶🏼

I’ve been working behind the scenes to expand Opal Therapies with other organisations and resorts in Dundee and surrounding areas to bring the ultimate wellness experience, I can’t wait to share more soon!

I squeezed in a concert with my daughter and a lovely family holiday to Alicante, I’ve spent time working with guests at The Hideaway Experience and now I’m getting back into a routine after the summer holidays.

That means daily smoothies, skincare and back to the gym after a long summer break, prioritising my own self-care again. 💆🏼‍♀️
