ABOUT THE COURSE:

This 4-week course is a calm, supportive introduction to practicing yoga in a heated space, created especially for those who want to experience the benefits of hot yoga without feeling overwhelmed.

Practicing in warmth can feel deeply comforting. The heat helps your body soften, encourages mobility, and supports deeper stretching without force. It invites you to slow down, breathe more fully, and move in a way that feels intuitive.

Madira will guide you through gentle, mindful movement in a comfortably heated room, offering plenty of reassurance, options, and time to settle in. This course provides space to explore how heat, breath, and movement can work together to support your body. It will be about listening, easing tension, and gradually building confidence in a warm environment.

Over the four weeks, you’ll begin to notice how hot yoga can support:

• Releasing physical tightness and long-held tension
• Feeling more open, fluid, and at ease in your body
• Improving circulation and joint mobility
• Settling your nervous system
• Developing trust in your body while moving in the heat

In this small-group setting, you’ll receive individual attention and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, rest when needed, and truly understand what your body is responding to.

By the end of the course, our hope is that you’ll feel confident practicing in a heated room, with a deeper sense of connection to your body and the calming, nourishing effects of hot yoga.

You choose one weekday:
Join us for 4 Wednesdays OR 4 Fridays. Each course runs separately and has its own class pass.

All are welcome.

With great pleasure, starting December 14th, I will be teaching Sunday slow flow.

Let me tell about this class if you were thinking about making it your weekly ritual…

During our time together we will weave the elements of breath and movement to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. This flow is timeless as it captures the moment and invites all your energy to centre in the here, now.

Sundays are for softening into your aliveness and grounding back home in your body.

New Morning Class on the Schedule!
Yinyasa • Thursdays 7:00am • with Evy

Yinyasa is a 60-minute practice combining the slow, passive style of Yin yoga with the dynamic, active flow of Vinyasa. Class begins with the cooling practice of Yin, targeting connective tissue through deep-stretching poses held for 3-5 minutes.

Halfway through class, we’ll transition into a heat-building, vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement.

This class is open to all levels.

ABOUT THE COURSE ⤵️⁠

We devised this foundation course for anyone looking for a thorough introduction to Pilates, or as a refresher to return to regular practice.⁠

This course will progressively explore Pilates movement principles by taking you through all of the pre-Pilates exercises and the Basic 10 Pilates Mat exercises.⁠

Madira is passionate about helping students build up their strength and mobility gradually, ensuring each movement flows into the next. You’ll experience the joy of progressive movement and increased range of motion with each class, making it accessible and safe for beginners.⁠ ⁠

Through this journey, you will grow your strength and movement vocabulary so that you can participate in more advanced classes confidently.⁠

In this small-group setting, students will receive individual attention and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and examine many aspects of the Pilates method.⁠

At the end of the course, our intention is that you will have enough understanding and familiarity with basic Pilates exercises to feel prepared to join more advanced Pilates classes. You will leave having experienced the strengthening, stabilising, and balancing benefits of the Pilates method on your body, mind and spirit. ⁠

This course is not appropriate for students with injuries or osteoporosis⁠
