Catch up on your creatine knowledge!

Recently I was helping Diane Brown understand the use and benefits of creatine supplementation on her physical performance.

Creating supplementation is a well researched topic and nothing to be afraid of! It has lots of performance benefits when taken correctly and is an approved substance.

It is particularly beneficial to athletes involved in sprinting, jumping, weight lifting and even contact sports!

Give the post a read and let me know in the comments if you learned anything!

What is the best protein for sprinters ?

Recently I was helping a friend work out what the best protein powder is for sprint athletes. Researching this definitely challenged me but loved reading the debates and learning a lot.

Protein powders can be an accessible and easy way for athletes to increase their protein intake, however food sources are still the primary recommendation! A balanced diet of complete protein sources (meat, fish, eggs, etc) and incomplete protein sources (nuts, veg, wholegrains, etc) can be sufficient to reach your protein goals.

What’s your go to protein source?⬇️
