Infinityblu Pitlochry is recruiting a part-time front of house receptionist.
We are an established dental practice whose focus is on outstanding customer service and exceptional dentistry. We are dynamic and forward thinking, with extremely high standards of care and excellent customer service.
If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about great customer service, then we would love to hear from you.
Candidates should;
-Be a passionate, people person, who thrives as part of a team
-Have good literacy and superb IT skills. Can work comfortably in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Be structured and have great organisational skills
-Be professional, enthusiastic about the practice, our values and mission
-Be an excellent listener, and be empathetic to patients' needs
-Understand the importance of excellent customer care and understand that a modern service-led dental practice will always go that extra mile
Previous healthcare experience is not required, however, a customer facing role would be advantageous.
