Award winning, fully qualified and experienced holistic therapist based in Monifieth, Dundee I also offer Reflexology, Reiki and Holistic Facials.

Therapies include massages ( Hot Stone Massage, Holistic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Bamboo massage). Treatments in my treatment room in Monifieth, Dundee or home visits can be arranged where required. Treatments can also be offered at Piperdam and Forbes of Kingennie.

🌈 Reiki Level 1 Course - This Sunday 🌈

Would you like to learn more about Reiki and how it can help you in your daily life? Looking to introduce more calm and relaxation into your life? If the answer is yes, then this course is for you!

This is a one day practical course and it's accredited and certified. Following the course you will be able to carry out a Reiki treatment on yourself and family/friends. This course is open to complete beginners and those that do other energy work. You will also have access to an online course manual.

When: Sunday 5th October 2025
Time: 10am to 4.30pm
Cost: £125

Lovely day teaching Reiki Level 2 course today. It was a pleasure to spend the day with 4 amazing ladies, working with the Reiki energy🌈 Look forward to see how they progress in their Reiki practice. As usual forgot to take photos!!

🍂 October Treatment of the Month 🍂

This warming treatment begins with a relaxing hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage with a warm seasonal pumpkin spice infused oil to help ease all those aches and pains.

The deep relaxation continues with a treat for your eyes, a heated eye mask, whilst you enjoy a de-stressing scalp massage and to finish a relaxing Reiki session. During the whole treatment, the heated blanket will be on to keep you cosy.

Treatment time: 60 minutes (£60)
