Therapies include massages ( Hot Stone Massage, Holistic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Bamboo massage). Treatments in my treatment room in Monifieth, Dundee or home visits can be arranged where required. Treatments can also be offered at Piperdam and Forbes of Kingennie.

I've now finished work for Christmas and on holiday until Monday 12th January🎄

❄️January Treatment of the Month ❄️

This January, I'm offering you this warming treatment. The heated blanket will be on and begins with a deeply relaxing hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage with an uplifting blend of ginger, juniper berry and lemon oil.

A lymphatic drainage treatment will then be carried out over the neck and face to encourage relaxation but may also help in other aspects including puffiness, congestion, headaches and much more.

We then finish with a soothing scalp massage to take you into higher level of relaxation and dream like state.
