Award winning, fully qualified and experienced holistic therapist based in Monifieth, Dundee I also offer Reflexology, Reiki and Holistic Facials.

Therapies include massages ( Hot Stone Massage, Holistic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Bamboo massage). Treatments in my treatment room in Monifieth, Dundee or home visits can be arranged where required. Treatments can also be offered at Piperdam and Forbes of Kingennie.

I've been very busy since returning from holiday so I've been pretty quiet on here! Along with carrying out individual treatments, I've taught a Reiki 1 course and a Warm Bamboo massage course. I also attended a relaxation day where I provided massage and meditation sessions in a local workplace for International Self Care Day last week.

🌟 Indian Head Massage Courses 🌟

I've got a couple of upcoming practical days for my Indian Head Massage Course. Dates are:

💆‍♀️ Saturday 16th August (10am-5pm)
💆‍♀️ Monday 15th September (10am-5pm)

This certified course is accredited by IPHM and is open to complete beginners and those with some massage experience. There is some pre-course reading, one practical day and case studies to complete. Once all this is completed, you will receive your certificate and be able to practice professionally or on family and friends.
