I decided that I would visit home cares and provide massage service (face and hands) for people living there. My service will be absolutely FREE 🌼🌼🌼

Let me introduce myself in a few words.

My name is Małgorzata and I was born in Poland. I also studied there, completed several massage courses and worked as a masseuse. As a young girl who discovered that helping others gives a lot of satisfaction🧡

I flew to Scotland and also studied here, completed several courses and opened my own business. At first I was mobile therapy and over time I decided that I wanted to work from home so I created a cozy room where my clients could feel comfortable. After a few years, I decided that I wanted something more and opened something of my own on the market.

Today, Harmony Zone is located at 10 Tay Square in Dundee where I am fully dedicated to my work and put all my heart and commitment into doing my job with passion. I am a fully insured masseuse with 20 years of experience and dreams for the future. ✨️✨️✨️

I’m sure many will agree that the last few weeks have been a journey of discovery,
realising more in what you need to do, as well as the disciplined decisions that you know you need to make.

Changing from who you once were, into the brand new you - takes away a huge amount of energy, that you don’t always realise that you are losing.

Your body will become washed out, sickness creeps in and your sleep cycle becomes disrupted.

Always listen to your body and take a step back as often as you can, and give back to you!

Your Soul can’t do what it needs to do, when your body is running on empty 💕✨

Your intuition is your superpower!! ✨✨

The truth of what you need to know, will always be understood by the way you feel - not your thoughts.

But often there could be a confusion in distinguishing between your head and the impulses of your Soul.

A little spiritual tip in how to work it out,

Firstly always try to bring yourself to peace.
If you feel you are forcing yourself for to find an answer. Stop trying so hard and leave it be, until you become more settled within yourself.
The correct response will always come.

Secondly - Trust!
Go with the first feeling you collect.
Don’t question it, don’t disbelief what you feel and don’t make life difficult for yourself.
You have asked for a solution, it’s been delivered to your Soul, so learn to accept that’s what you need to know.

Look out for what is coming forward today -
A spiritual teaching of strengthening your partnership with your intuition.
It may show up in small ways, or you may be delivered that answer that you have been waiting for!

Your intuition is your forever all knowing,
It never leaves you! You just need to learn to trust in it a little more!

You know you are ready for new!

But you won’t know what that is yet.

Get comfortable with not knowing!

Spirit always has your back, and everything happens for a bigger spiritual purpose - all created for your Soul development.

Embrace the quieter days (like today)
When nothing significant is happening,
Although physical life appears still, plenty is always taking place in the Spiritual Realm.

Don’t become restless by lack of action,
Instead use your time wisely to just ‘be!!

Spirit guided me to create a post yesterday with the prompt that this weekend was a time of ‘breaking new ground!

What may have this felt like to you?

♥️ Making wise choices to remain grounded when something or someone has triggered you,
💛 Keeping flowing when your expectations don’t go to plan,
♥️ Realising that your emotions are indicating you to become a new you!

Although these spiritual opportunities are a chance to change you - it’s not always plain sailing!!
Expect the tests!!

People will bug you,
You’ll battle between your head & heart,
And you’ll be ever so tempted to react!!

A little insight from Spirit,

That today you may feel a little (or a lot) emotionally vulnerable. And that’s ok if you do, it won’t stay around for long

The reason that you go through episodes like this, is that there are trapped emotions, stuck deep in your Soul and the only way they can be released…unfortunately…

Is for you to hit full blown or semi crisis points in life. Only then you will remove the heavy emotional baggage that you have been unconsciously holding onto, and only then you will have space for the joy of life!

Today be mindful of what you are feeling and be doubly mindful of your behaviour and thoughts with others.

Just keep asking the Angels to bring you back to peace 🌸
