We have been working together for a while and this girl is smashing life cpl stone down dropped a few dress sizes she’s fitter stronger faster this girl really is on fire oh and she’s eating more so much to to the point where she’s says she struggling to get all the food in im so proud of this one there’s no quit button never quits hard work Is paying off well done

How did this lad turn in to this in a year and half hard bloody work that’s how no gimmicks no bu****it just hard work !! Im desperately trying to get .jackson17 to cut to see those abs but the lad just wants to keep growing in size and strength oh well he’s the boss can’t wait to see how big he will get but also would love to see him shedded we his new size too lol well done anyway buddy

Chris worked hard right up too the day b4 his holiday to shape up and boom he did great !! tried to get him to diet too but he told me to F*k off training was enough hahahah and fair play to him grew in the right places and lossed in the right places over 3 inch from his gut put size on his arms boy he loves doing arms !!! Big well done m8
