Specialised in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, sporting injuries, Repetitive Strain Injuries and Stress Relief. Treatments are specific and individually designed to suit each client. Hi folks...wee update!! Due to the extent of the damage at Fit4less, we won't be working from there anytime soon! I have organised a room to use in the Maxwell Centre, in St Salvador St (entrance at Carnegie St). I will hopefully be getting back to normal(ish) week beginning Mon 24th September! Times will be different until we get settled in, so I really apologise for all the disruption! Please send me a message so I can get you an appointment sorted asap ❤
