This one was taken in Las Vegas shortly before stepping on stage at the Natural Mr. Olympia last year. The hardest thing is to impove and come in better from previous shows. Considering that I am on getting any younger and already in a good shape it is very hard to do so. However, I was quite happy archiving this and why not sharing it with you. Saturday special at the mecca with the lads Ben Milne and Bradley Vannet. 'Team meating' with the coaches. Those sessions are special because are much more then just lifting weights and working on our fitness. We do exchange a lot of knowledge and experience, trying new exercises and ideas but most importantly we have a lot of fun. Cheers for the great memories and shell we meet again next weekend 💪

Sharing a few drills and exercises from today’s session with Yani . Over the past couple of months, we’ve faced several setbacks that were beyond our control. Right now, our focus is on rebuilding core stability following a back injury he sustained at work.

Despite everything, he showed up today, Sunday, and put in the work, staying fully committed to the goals we set at the beginning. We do have to proceed carefully, as the injury hasn’t fully healed yet, so patience and caution are essential. That said, I’m confident he’ll be back to 100% very soon.

With a new week starting tomorrow, we’re heading back into the gym more determined than ever. I know firsthand how stressful and demanding Yani’s job is. Balancing work, family, and a busy schedule can make it easy to find excuses—especially after the setbacks he’s recently faced.

Yet here we are, holding onto the famous quote by Nelson Mandela that is written in the gym's wall: “A winner is a dreamer who never gives up.”

I'd like to thank you here for your hard work and dedication. It motivates me tremendously to give my best in every session.

With my youngest trainee and weekends workout partner Mason Wallace. I'm very happy to be able to help and pass on the decades of knowledge to the next generation. Mason has very clear goals at only 15 years of age and working hard to achieve them. It is exiting times for both of us and I'm looking forward to our next session. Let's go partner 🤜🤛
