Volunteer Knitters Needed โ€“ Baby Cardigans for Postnatal Ward

We are looking for kind and talented knitters to help create small, soft cardigans for newborn babies on our postnatal ward.

These handmade garments provide warmth, comfort, and a special personal touch for families welcoming their new arrivals.

We welcome donations of:

Newborn-sized knitted cardigans, average weight between 6lb and 9lb.
Soft, baby-safe yarns (gentle on delicate skin)
Simple, practical designs that are easy to put on and remove

If you are happy to donate please hand them into Ward 38, Level 6, Ninewells.

Thank you for helping us wrap our newest little patients in warmth and love.
