Following the Scottish Government’s announcement that face coverings are mandatory in enclosed indoor spaces as of 10th July, we would ask our customers to please adhere to this.

🔸If you are visiting the pharmacy you must wear a covering of your face and mouth 🔸

If you cannot do so because of a health condition, or have any concerns, please speak to a member of our pharmacy team.

🔹COVID-19 - Information for customers🔹

We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking measures to keep our staff and patients safe, while allowing the pharmacies to remain operational.

Surfaces are being cleaned multiple times a day with disinfectant, and we are trying to minimise contact between staff within the shop, and customers.
We would ask for your assistance in this:

• If you are displaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not attend the pharmacy. Instead, please call the pharmacy for advice.

• If you are in the pharmacy, please try to keep a 1 metre distance between yourself and staff, and any other customers in the shop.

We thank you for your assistance with this, we are working hard to minimise disruption to patients, while trying to keep our staff safe.

It has been announced by the Scottish Government that as of 13 March anyone developing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, however mild should self-isolate for 7 days.

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of:

-new continuous cough
and/or
-high temperature

If you have these symptoms please DO NOT attend the pharmacy instead phone us on 01382 817109 for telephone advice. These measures will reduce the risk of infection to our staff and other patients.

If symptoms worsen during home isolation or are no better after 7 days then people should be advised to phone their GP or NHS24 (111).
