A year ago I moved to PWR Studios💖

I nearly didn’t share this.

Because when you’re a PT, you feel like you’re supposed to have it together 24/7.

But recently?
I didn’t.

My motivation dropped.
My confidence dipped.
My clothes felt tighter.
I’d put on weight.
And I didn’t feel like myself.

That’s uncomfortable to admit when coaching is literally your career.

But this is exactly why I coach the way I do.

Because I don’t believe in extremes.
I don’t believe in shame.
And I don’t believe progress is linear.

Sometimes you outgrow routines.
Sometimes life shifts.
Sometimes your body changes.

That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

It means you’re human.

So if you’re feeling stuck, uncomfortable or disconnected from your goals right now, you’re not alone.

Me and this client has only been working with together since 7th January, just over 4 weeks 👇

📉 Weight: –3.3kg
📏 Measurements: –9 inches

And here’s the most important part ⬇️
The progress wasn’t perfectly smooth.

There were weeks where the scale went up.
Weeks where measurements stalled.
Weeks where motivation dipped.

But we didn’t panic.
We didn’t slash calories.
We didn’t start “punishing” workouts.

Instead, we focused on:
✔️ realistic nutrition
✔️ structured training
✔️ consistency over perfection
✔️ trusting the process

This is exactly why I get my clients to track more than just weight.
The scale will fluctuate, but when habits are in place, fat loss still happens.

Four weeks in and we’re already seeing:
✨ visible changes
✨ clothes fitting better
✨ confidence growing
