It's the little wins that count.
First couple of times doing Cindy (2023), I got 9 and 10 rounds, give or take some reps.
Third time, around 8 months or so ago (2024), got me 11 (+10 i think). I was very pleased with this, all done Rx compared to my first attempt, and my second was my first Rx effort.
Tonight, full Rx, well I surprised myself. Was pushing for 12 - well I fully surprised myself with 13+9⭐.

Slowly the numbers are getting back to where they used to be.

Social media catch up and rehab plans.
Catching up after a day of scheduled Island wide power down yesterday.

That smiley face on the floor doesn't match up with how I was feeling after today. No fans in the gym today, made that 35kg bar feel a whole lot heavier, but we got it done (11:03).
