Grit, Glory, and the Sea. 🌊✨
This International Women’s Day (March 8th), we are gathering at the sauna for a ritual of fire, writing, and sisterhood.
We’re starting things with a full hour in the wood-fired sauna to let the heat settle us in and relax the mind. 🧖♀️🔥 Once we’re feeling grounded, the wonderful Rachel-Jane will lead us through:
🐚 A solo scavenger hunt on the shoreline
✍️ Gentle, guided creative writing (no experience needed!)
🔥 A ritual of release involving shells, stones, and the fire
☕ Homemade chai and sea-salt brownies to finish
It’s an invitation to celebrate the “grit and glory” of womanhood in a supportive, quiet space by the water.
🗓 8 March | 4:00–6:00pm
