Bethany (bethwragg_shield on Instagram) has lost 6st 4lbs (39.9kg) and has been at target now for more than seven months 🙌! As someone who spent their 20s and 30s struggling to walk upstairs without getting out of breath, Bethany’s now found a new lease of life and loves that she’s going into her 40s spending her Sundays going for bike rides 🚴🏻.
