Mens Minds Matter NI is back tonight,after our short break.

Tonight, with thanks to Dundonald Bowls club and weather pending, our group will be making the short trip back to ballybeen for some lawn bowls,Meeting at 6.30pm at community centre.

Tullycarnet community centre will also be as normal for some activities, including pool and darts.

Please feel free to come along and join us ethier in centre or at the lawn bowls. 🩵💜🩵

Celebrate good times come on🎼!! To all our members and friends,we invite you all to come along and enjoy a night of great crac and dancing, This is a fund raising event for Mens Minds Matter NI and we hope to see you and a friend at the venue for a boogie🕺, tickets are only 5 pounds which can be collected from any off our members or at the hack club, All monies raised on the night goes to the our amazing group to help with all the running costs of our fantastic activities, food we provide every week free of charge, so if you and your partner or friends want a great night out put this date in your diary and come along and have some fun with some fantastic prizes up for grabs and support our fantastic group club.💜💙💜💙

Well, it's Friday, which means Mens Minds Matter NI will be back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.

This evening, we will have the pleasure of welcoming back Jason burke as he returns to facilitate another amazing historical programme, surrounding memories of the somme.

Also this evening we will have all our normal evening activities, with pool and darts, etc.Rounding of the evening with a bbq 😋😋.weather permitting 🙈

Please feel free to come along for an evening full of warmth and happiness and enjoy some great company with some great people.

Mens Minds Matter NI is back tonight with a little difference.

Some photos from last nights Arts&crafts canvas painting project.(don't think we found the next van Gogh) the guys really enjoyed themselves though.

Many thanks to Fiona Rainey Art for facilitating a great enjoyable programme.
Also East Belfast Community Development Agency for sponsoring the class.

Also last night we had some visitors from Temple 51 masonic Lodge, Thanks to these guys that participated and completed the Belfast city marathon and nominated our group as there chosen recipients for the charity fundraising.🩵💜👏👏.

Some photos from a small project that Mens Minds Matter NI got involved with over the last few days at Mount Lens Care Home kings Rd. With building flower beds around the seating area,whilst planting an array of some summer plants brightening up the Care Home for all the residents.👏👏

Many thanks to all involved including Mark and Phil from Belfast City Council East outreach team for their free time helping out,also supplying all the plants and compost.

Mens Minds Matter NI is back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm,
Please feel free to drop in for a cuppa and enjoy some great crack.

This evening, with thanks to East Belfast Community Development Agency, the group will be participating in some Arts&crafts landscaping painting 🎨🖼

Along with all our normal activities, including pool and darts, with live football on the television.

Finally, finishing the evening with a pizza,supplied from Pizza-co Belfast sponsored by Donna McCausland Belfast City Council 😋.

A massive thank you to Kenny Dalglish Greenhill Enhance Your Wellbeing NI for facilitating a great enjoyable programme over the last few months which included grief,loneliness and anger,
Kenny has been no stranger to Mens Minds Matter NI over the last few years with supporting our group and facilitating some great sessions.👏👏👏💜💙.

Also this evening thanks to our in house chef's for preparing supper for everyone 🌭🌭.

Mens Minds Matter NI is back this evening at Tullycarnet community centre from 7pm.

Please feel free to come along and enjoy some great company with some great people.

As we come to the end of mental health awareness week, we thought it would be our pleasure to welcome back this evening to our group Kenny Dalglish Greenhill to facilitate another great workshop on Anger, following up from previous visits whilst empowering men to talk.

Also this evening we have all our usual activities including pool🎱 and darts also live sports on the television.

This evening our programme will include Arts&crafts project with wood craft model kits, also we will have all our normal activities including pool and darts.
