STARTING 9TH SEPTMEBER - QIGONG FOR BEGINNERS
6.30pm - 7.30pm Tuesdays
Qigong is a beautiful, therapeutic practice that unites body, mind, and breath, working gently with our energy. It’s often compared to Tai Chi — something many people are already familiar with — and offers a wide range of benefits. Alongside improving mental wellbeing, Qigong supports mobility, flexibility, strength, stamina, stability, and balance.
One of the wonderful things about Qigong is its accessibility: it can be practised seated or standing, making it suitable for all levels and abilities.

No prior experience is needed. Just wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (joggers and a T-shirt or gym gear work perfectly). A mat can help with foot comfort, but it’s not essential — studio mats are available free of charge.
