STARTING 9TH SEPTMEBER - QIGONG FOR BEGINNERS

6.30pm - 7.30pm Tuesdays

Qigong is a beautiful, therapeutic practice that unites body, mind, and breath, working gently with our energy. It’s often compared to Tai Chi — something many people are already familiar with — and offers a wide range of benefits. Alongside improving mental wellbeing, Qigong supports mobility, flexibility, strength, stamina, stability, and balance.

One of the wonderful things about Qigong is its accessibility: it can be practised seated or standing, making it suitable for all levels and abilities.
If you’d like to join, you can book and pay through the link below. Feel free to bring a friend, share the details, or recommend the class to anyone who might be interested in starting a movement practice.

No prior experience is needed. Just wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (joggers and a T-shirt or gym gear work perfectly). A mat can help with foot comfort, but it’s not essential — studio mats are available free of charge.

So this year I took August off a luxury I know. The plan to do much painting the reality tennis elbow lol! So as painting time had to be limited I was able to take time to rest and relax, to spend time in the garden and with my furry family and we also saw lots of gigs and concerts over the summer. Time we'll spent... but still lys of painting to do haha!

To stay up to date with what is happening, including classes and retreat afteroons please be sure to register on the booking app.
Classes resume on Saturday 30th August with the morning STRENGTHEN class and there will also be an AFTERNOON RETREAT on the 30th August. You can book for both of these via the app;

You could be missing out! Sorry I don't talk about it more but you really should try Qigong.
This practice could be the answer to finding joy in movement. Often class is made up of sequences but sometimes it is the repetition of simple movements. This practice unifies body, breath, mind and energy creating balance.. It is an uplifting and energising practice.
