As the days drift slowly into autumn, may we learn the quiet art of letting go.

This morning, I breathe in change with ease.
I breathe out what no longer serves my highest good.

Like the trees, I release with trust.
What falls away creates space for new life.

Today, may I find the courage to surrender to what is,
and the grace to welcome all that is already on its way.
