SPACE VMK I empower people with adverse childhood experiences to use the skills and tools in the life they have to create the life they desire.

I delivered these sessions through 1-1 and group work interactions to improve personal connection and inner healing. Through the process of trauma we take our internal meaning in that moment and carry it with us, sometimes for many years after. When we disconnect from ourself in that moment we slowly start to disconnect from those around us and engaging in emotion numbing behaviours to preserve our sense of safety.
