🤍Bereavement & Companionship Group🤍

At Lochgelly Spiritualist Church this year, we’re reaching out to our local communities.

We are offering a warm & welcoming space to adults facing loss, grief & loneliness to pop in for a chat, have a FREE lunch, access support as well as take part in various FREE wellbeing activities within our church building.

Our first group will be Saturday 31st January 2026 from 1pm to 3pm where it will be an opportunity to have a blether with our committee & volunteers to establish what our community needs from this group and make some plans for the year.

FREE lunch will be provided so why not pop in and see us, you can message the page or pop into the church on a Sunday for more information from our committee.

* No attendance needed at our devine services, this group is available for anyone in the local communities.

There is something magical about seeing another soul leave your treatment room feeling relaxed and floating. I think if you took a picture of yourself before and after treatment WOW 😮🥰 what a difference.
Please remember self-care is very important you certainly can’t help others if you are not looking after YOU!
