The Chrysalis Effect have over 16 years experience of transforming outcomes for people who were told that their only option was to live with and manage a long term chronic condition.

Between Wednesday 14th May - Saturday 17th May 2025 you can enjoy a fabulous line up of recovery experts who have donated their time to this ‘vital awareness raising’ event to support essential recovery work.

After the crazy planetary energies of last week it was fantastic to get out into nature at the weekend, to ground, reset and explore. On Sunday we discovered this beautiful Library filled with messages of love. Such an incredible place, and seeing as it was Mother’s Day I left a little message to my soul dog Rory ♥️

This is a belated yet HUGE congratulations to 3 Reiki Level II Practitioner students who successfully completed the course and received their certificates just before Christmas. They shared a goal for completion and worked with such determination and dedication to achieve it.

I will be giving a shout out to each of the 3 practitioners in due course, however first up is Lisa of . Lisa will be offering Reiki at an event in Edinburgh this weekend so do check out her profile for more information. She’s an incredible person and gifted practitioner ✨🌟✨

On Sunday whilst laying out these cards in readiness for Monday’s training day, these 3 caught my eye. I don’t recall ever seeing them come up before. On Monday they made a reappearance - the exact same 3!
