Fitness is the Gateway drug to life!
People ask themselves -
What do I need to do to have the life I want …
What do I need to do to be successful?
What do I need to do be fulfilled?
What do I need to do to stop being depressed/ stressed and constantly suffering?
They look in the mirror and don’t like who they see looking back!
That person “Used to be” younger, fitter, in shape with less body fat and happier.
That person turns to Over drinking, Over eating, Drugs or other vices to make them feel temporarily better and escape their “Mental Hamster Wheel” life.
So how do we change this existence and get back in the drivers seat?
Fitness is the key!
As we workout the feel good hormones, dopamine and endorphins are released lifting our mood and allowing us to look for the good in situations.
The discipline required to show up every day and to eat good wholesome foods is a starting point to us taking control of ourselves and the direction of our life.
As we take the control back the FUD, Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt which leads us to the “What If” scenarios and allows Anxiety to set in is pushed back as Action alleviates Anxiety.
So what does it take for us to take that first step back towards fitness?
Sometimes a circuit breaker in your current life is needed to allow you to move forward.
