To celebrate the launch of my beautiful Messages From The Ocean cards, there will be a fun Parent/Child Relaxation class
on - Thursday 15th August 3.30 - 4.40pm
at - Studio 72, 72 High Street, Aberdour
We will enjoy movement, dance, yoga, fun breath work, celebrating my new, amazing Messages From The Ocean cards with a meditation story to finish.
The theme is relaxation, having fun and finding our magic to start off the new school term!
