To celebrate the launch of my beautiful Messages From The Ocean cards, there will be a fun Parent/Child Relaxation class
on - Thursday 15th August 3.30 - 4.40pm
at - Studio 72, 72 High Street, Aberdour
We will enjoy movement, dance, yoga, fun breath work, celebrating my new, amazing Messages From The Ocean cards with a meditation story to finish.
The theme is relaxation, having fun and finding our magic to start off the new school term!

Week 1 Relaxation and Connection with Self
Week 2 Energy and Emotions
Week 3 Mindfulness with Tech/Positive Body,
Mind and Soul
Places must be booked as classes are small to create a calm atmosphere. Bring a friend, parent or come along on your own!

New 4 week Parent/child Relaxation classes start on Friday 14th April - Friday 5th May at Inspirefit Studio Elgin Industrial Estate Dunfermline.

Primary 3/7 6 - 7pm

Email annesomerville57@gmail.com or message me if you wish to secure places for yourself and child. My classes are small in number to create a welcoming, calm atmosphere.
Cost is £15 x4 weeks for parent and child together
Payment made by Thursday 13th April

Water, mats, resources are provided - please bring a cushion and blanket each.
