Things I'm grateful for this week ππΌ
First up, I must apologise to everyone who had classes booked this week, I had to cancel all of them due to having vertigo. I did try to get cover, but it was all a bit short notice.
1οΈβ£ I had no choice but to take it easy this week. Vertigo makes you sit still, something I don't think I've been able to do for some time, so that's what I did. It's been peaceful βΊοΈ
2οΈβ£ Before the vertigo took hold, we managed to get a day out for a walk in the most beautiful countryside, following new paths and discovering amazing waterfalls. Lunch, coffee, and a mooch around the shops. Perfect π
3οΈβ£ I had to miss my last soundbath so this month's was very much needed. I have been attending these each month for a year now, and the difference they make to my well-being is unreal! Soothing, balancing, and harmonising. I can't recommend .awaken enough. Give her a follow and see what she can do for you. Her gifts are quite literally out of this world β¨οΈ
4οΈβ£ I had a little visitor on Monday. Some people call them messengers. I'm not sure what he came to tell me, but I'm more than happy for him to visit anytime π¦
5οΈβ£ This is a very interesting book. It looks at how our bodies communicate with us. I've been following the exercises and affirmations and feeling the benefits ππΌ
5οΈβ£ When I can't do the physical practise of Yoga, I turn to the 3 M's, meditation, mantra, and mudras. And this is the little haven that I practise from. It's not big or fancy. It's set up on an old tray. But it doesn't matter where we practise or how we practise. All that matters is we practise ππΌ
6οΈβ£ A little bit of sunshine! Flowers from my buddy and a lovely catch-up βοΈ
And of course, as ever, I'm grateful for you guys. For your understanding, patience, and we'll wishes. I have the best students, and I don't take that for granted.
Have a super blessed weekend. I will see you all again next week!
