You don’t build a chronically anxious life overnight.

And you don’t undo it with a few coping tools.

What most people call anxiety quietly shapes:
• How deeply you sleep
• How much you trust yourself
• The kinds of relationships you tolerate
• How much money feels “safe” to earn or hold
• How often your body is braced instead of relaxed

It affects digestion. Hormones. Immunity.
Decision-making. Boundaries. Desire.
Not dramatically.
Gradually.

You can be successful, high-functioning, and self-aware —
and still be living from a nervous system that’s always on alert.

That’s not a mindset issue.

It’s physiological.

Next week, I’m running a 4-week, in-person anti-anxiety programme centred around holotropic breathwork, with strong preparation and integration so the work is deep and responsible.

This isn’t about “releasing emotions” for the sake of it.

It’s about allowing the body to complete stress cycles that may have been running for years.

Most people don’t realise how much anxiety is shaping their life — because it doesn’t always look like panic.

It looks like:
• Overthinking decisions that should be simple
• Saying yes when you mean no
• Being productive but never truly rested
• Struggling to receive — support, money, ease
• Feeling disconnected in relationships, even when you care deeply

Long-term, a nervous system stuck in protection quietly affects everything:
Your sleep.
Your digestion.
Your immune system.
Your hormones.
It shapes how safe you feel with other people.
How much money you allow yourself to hold.
How expansive your life is willing to become.

This isn’t because you’re broken or doing life wrong.

It’s because a chronically activated nervous system is always bracing for what’s next.

That’s why anxiety work can’t live only in the mind.

Next week, I’m facilitating a 4-week, in-person programme centred around holotropic breathwork, supported by integration and nervous-system education. This work doesn’t teach you how to cope with stress — it helps the body release it at the root.

I’ve seen how much changes when people feel safe in their body again.
