Thursdays - There are 6 groups every week, 07:30, 09:00, 10:30, 16:00, 17:30 and 19:00. Fridays - There are 2 groups every week, 07:30 and 09:00

😋Chip Shop Curry Sauce😋

Danielle was just tickled with this tonight, we decided to have a fakeaway in the proper takeaway boxes 🤣, homemade chips with boiled rice and thank you Marlyn Evans for the chips shop curry sauce recipe we really enjoyed it 🤤. Saturday night fakeaway, win win 🎉🎉

🍁 Saturday Morning Breakfast 🍁

Having a bacon and fried egg roll this morning on Tesco wholemeal partly baked roll, it was nice having a warm crusty roll out of the air fryer 😋. My new favourite yogurt for after sticky toffee flavour 🎉 I just love a quiet morning just me and the dog before the craziest get up 🐕🤣

🍗 CHICKEN DINNER 😋

Tonight's dinner is all on our Slimming World Fantastic Food Optimising plan, I do love JD Seasonings - Rubs & Meal kits and the chicken rub was tasty 😋, just perfect with my favourite veg 🥦 and some potato wedges done in the air fryer with butter Frylight with salt and pepper 🧂🧂.

Kiss goodbye to hunger! My Slimming World members never have to go hungry (hurrah!) 🥳. And that’s all down to Free Food — food that is low in energy density (meaning it has fewer calories per gram) and is highly satisfying for our appetite 🍅🥕🍚.
