Ailsa Lochhead will lead Move To Feel, then Hannah Moyes will drop us one step deeper with a guided group trance.
Move To Feel is a movement meditation, that invites you to move, dance, sense, play and connect with yourself. You’ll receive silent disco headsets so that live guidance and music come straight to your ears, which creates a fun and intimate feeling. Move To Feel is an immersive experience which will help you switch off a busy mind, release stuck energy, access play and feel joy in a new way.
The mind cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality, so come loose your mind and play into your new reality. This is a sober event, trauma aware, and a safe place for stillness and movement.
The movement journey will last 1 hour, and from there, Hannah will guide you into a short relaxation trance. Trance is a state of relaxation where the subconscious and conscious mind come together into focus, allowing greater access to your resource library, and open you to positive change.
Absolutely all body shapes, ages and abilities are perfect — no lycra, no rhythm, no confidence and no experience necessary. Whether this sounds right up your street, or way out of your comfort zone, it is for you! You cannot get it wrong and I think you might love it.
Bring a yoga/picnic mat or something to lie on. Blanket, water and an open mind!
