Over the past 7 months, I’ve had the pleasure of training with Euan, and the experience has been genuinely transformative. My main goal was to feel more confident and at ease in the gym, especially after dealing with back issues. I also wanted to be sure I was using the equipment correctly and safely and Euan delivered on every front.

From day one, his training style struck the perfect balance: welcoming, patient, informative, and incredibly motivating. He took the time to understand my needs, made me feel comfortable with each session, and explained everything with clarity and expertise. At the same time, he knew exactly when to push me out of my comfort zone always challenging, sometimes tough, but in the best possible way.

Six months on, the difference is remarkable. My strength has improved and my confidence both in the gym and beyond has grown more than I expected. Euan has not only helped me meet my goals but has also completely changed how I feel about fitness. I’m truly grateful for his guidance and support.

Full Body Workout 🏋🏽‍♂️

•BB Row - 4 sets of 5-8 reps
•BB Shoulder Press - 4 sets of 5-8 reps
•RDL - 4 sets of 5-8 reps
•Pec Fly - 4 sets of 6-10 reps
•Tricep Pushdown - 4 sets of 6-10 reps

Why not do Paired PT. This way you can still train together but learn a lot more through having a Personal Trainer👊🏽

You will also be able to split the cost meaning it will be cheaper per person than if you were to do it yourself🏋🏽‍♂️
