A picture from my morning walk. And reflecting this evening that it's mental health awareness week. I wasn't even aware! 😜
But tonight was Week 1 for my latest cohort of Yoga Therapy for the Mind.
I LOVE teaching this course. Each group brings their own uniqueness and curiosity. And I am constantly humbled by the effect of these practices when we truly understand and trust them. Even the simple act of stopping and noticing how we feel for just a few moments is such an act of self care. I love that this group is taking action towards their mental health and wellbeing, it is a brave step and I am honoured to be starting this journey with them.
