This is the time to take action, the light is returning, spring is coming, perhaps your have your own sense of this. I've got 2 spaces left on this course starting next Saturday morning, 7th of February.
We will meet for 6 consecutive Saturdays 9.30-11am working together to manage our energy, mood, focus and overall wellbeing in a supportive enviroment that sees and hears you. No judgement, no expectations, just understanding and real lifeskills to support an ADHD brain and nervous system.
