Hello everyone. Apologies for a long time since posting.
After a lot of consideration it is with a heavy heart I have made the decision not to continue with my therapy business.
In the last 3 Years I have battled with 2 spinal surgeries the last of which unfortunately left me with complications that may or may not affect my health permanently.
Also I had to return my licence to DVLA and as I have no transport I wouldn’t be able to continue as a mobile business.
It is heartbreaking not being able to continue as you have all been so lovely and supportive and I feel bad to let you all down.
Thank you so much for making my years of being a complimentary therapist some of the happiest years of my life.

Hello everyone. Hope you are all well and have been enjoying the lovely weather.
Just a little update for you as restrictions are eased on the 26th April.
As I mentioned before my life changed last year and rather dramatically towards the last quarter of the year as I was rushed for emergency cervical spine surgery having 2 discs in my neck fused together with a metal plate. Unfortunately I am still waiting to be cleared for driving as I have to have a ‘drivers assessment’ in Edinburgh due to the surgery. With covid this has been delayed and could be a few months away as yet.
This means I am unable to do any therapy work for some time.
I am so missing seeing all my lovely clients and will at some point be back again.

Hello everyone. Well it’s been an emotional rollercoaster of a year for me and meant big changes to my life. However I have really missed seeing all your lovely faces and being able to do my therapies which is something I really enjoy.
My new home means unfortunately I am only able to now do Mobile work however I am being positive ready to start again and hoping this will still enable many of you to still enjoy my therapies.
I will be offering reflexology massage and ear candling.
Strict Covid-19 measures will be in place your health and safety is my priority. ***** see important update below******

It appears while I was away on holiday my domain name website has been cancelled as I wasn't given enough notice to renew it. So for the moment you will not be able to access my website. Whilst this is looked at you can find details of my therapies in the 'about' section of my Spriggs Therapies page. I would also be interested in knowing if you use a website or Facebook or if it is worth trying to keep the website open. The majority of my clients have come from recommendations and word of mouth which is such an amazing feeling and thank you everyone for your continued support.

A trip to the Beauty Show tomorrow to stock up on products. If you have any requests please message me. For those of you whom have tried a facial, the products I used are available in handy travel sizes great for trying out or for holidays and they only cost around £5 each.

Not sure which therapy to choose? You can have taster treatments for any therapy of around 20mins each. Each taster costs only £10. A great way to combine treatments together for example a face neck and scalp massage with reflexology £20 or back neck shoulder massage with a mini facial £20. These are shorter treatments but are a great way to introduce therapies if you haven't had any before. I also offer pamper parties £10 per person for a 20 minute treatment.
