We are delighted to welcome Carla to our team every Thursday, bringing her gentle, grounding Hatha Yoga sessions to our community.

🧘‍♀️ Her classes offer a calming space to unwind, stretch, breathe, and reconnect — perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

✨ Starts: Thursday 27th November
⏰ Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
