Slimming World Dalgety Bay will be held in the function room of The Compass, Harbour Drive (next to the BP Garage)

Same 3 session times of 3.30pm , 5.15pm & 6.45pm

‘They didn’t think I’d survive. I recorded a goodbye message to my family’.

Weighing more than 34st (215.9kg), Kenny was in a supermarket with his daughter when he suddenly collapsed – and was placed on a ‘do not resuscitate’ order by doctors. But he fought back 🏆.

With unstoppable determination and invaluable support from his Consultant and friends, Kenny lost an incredible 22st (139.7kg) and has now been crowned Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🙌.

From fearing for his life to finally living it to the fullest, Kenny is proof that it’s never too late to take those first steps 💫.
